Erin Hotchkiss

Erin is a strategist bridging humane business and brand for better through research, systems thinking, and intentional design. With over a decade partnering with mission-driven organizations across the country—from academic medical centers to community foundations and social impact initiatives—she guides teams to translate complex challenges into brand and education programs that advance the public good. Previously, Erin served as general manager of a Missouri community radio station during the 2016 election cycle, a formative experience that shaped her conviction in the civic power of communications during moments of transformation. A multi-dimensional facilitator known for asking “why,” her work is grounded in the belief that lasting change requires creative vision and disciplined implementation. Erin’s approach blends rigor with participation, putting empathy and equity at the center of how work gets built. Rooted in many places, Erin calls multiple communities “second home.” She holds a B.A. in Strategic Communications & Psychology and is a Certified Nonprofit Professional.
